Overview
When we helped Honda develop its branding strategy, we started with the question : Where do office workers, the brand's target audience, get their greatest exposure to media ? The answer the largely unexploited computer desktop. We created charming desktop icons, based on Honda's vintage cars and newer models. Users can download the car-icons by clicking on advertising banners on the internet. The idea was to create a wider and deeper base of Honda fans ; the more icons they collect, the stronger they identify with the brand.
