Marunouchi 15 PROJECT is a rugby community set in a fictional town created by Mitsubishi Estate based on the concept of “a town where people can freshly encounter the appeals of rugby.”
The Oval-kun & FRIENDS characters were created as symbols of a town where people can enjoy rugby together. These characters continue to develop as they interact with various people who visit the area.
